the best idea for someone to get dumped at an amusement park because its for a skit im putting together

I would think at the "water dunk" tank, though it wouldn't be very nice.

i think the best was is the boy/girl sees a ex and goes to talk and he/she comes back and asks if they can go on a ride together and he/she will be back. They go on the ride and he/she asks if they can go on anther and when they come off the ride you see them flirting and you see them kiss. he comes up and asks if he can go on just one more and you say to him/her why don't you just go date him/her again then you can go on all the rides you want! I think that wold be a good way for your skit. Good Luck!

is it supposed to make the audience feel for the dumpee because the person dumping them was so rude or should the audience have respect for the person dumping their boy/girlfriend because they were so compasionate in how they dumped the other personor is the audience supposed to have a neutral stance?

I think it should be just after the dumpee has vomited after riding the roller coaster.
