I am leaving for college next year out of state and im renting an apartment, i will need money and a job before i go down there. where can i get a loan for me just getting out of school with no credentials. and how can i get a job before i go down there?

Call for their local newspaper & subscribe , then check the classifieds for jobs.
As far as loans , you need collateral , like property , or an established job for proof you can repay the loan . . . because only loan sharks make unsecured loans otherwise . (they collect in broken knee caps)
