Ok, they're huge, about a foot & a half
long. Some of the blades are 4 inches
wide or wider with fancy designs cut
into them.
Don't they wonder who is buying these
things?

Yes they should be watching that. Might pick up a Rosy O'Donnell cook book while that are at it. Might even be a recipe for Molotov cocktail in it. Rosy is a dangerous weapon of mass destruction, oh god I hope she doesn't go after my hair. In answer to your question, I don't think they can watch every thing that goes on. Knives are slow moving terrorist weapons and they are more interested in explosives then stuff like that.

Where? I been lookin for a double sided serrated blade long enought to slice my homemade bread lenghtwise... should be 14-16 inches... My loaf is... uh... (nevermind).
Did the pilot live? How long were we out??

Yea, I'm a knife collector & I could care less as long as my knives make to my door in a timely manor.
