Okay so the other day i had this scene in my head and for the life of me i can not think what movie it's from. There's this guy and he has burns or scars all over his face not sure which anyways he goes in and has someone like peel the burns/scars off his face like it's nothing at all. I think it might be in a science building or something I know it's not a good a very good clue but help if you can.

To me it sounds like "Poltergeist". Its directed by Steven Spielberg in 1982.

There is a scene in the movie where this guy goes to the kitchen, see something scary and then in a rush goes to the bathroom. In there he just starts peeling his face skin off. And then this something kind of gets over him and he starts to peel off faster to leave almost nothing on his face.

Sounds like 1990 Liam Neeson movie, "Darkman". In the movie, he suffers a bad burning accident and is left without any sensation of pain...good movie.
