He dosent know my name or who I am. And, I'm really shy. How do I talk to him?

Sounds like you need to start practicing your smile in the mirror right now. Get a head start. You will know if he wants to know you after you flash him that smile. Men get the idea. They catch on faster than girls do. It's on their mind ALL the time! But you don't have to ask him at all. A smile is your ticket and if he doesn't smile back or smile after he thinks about it, be friendly anyway and be a good sport.

One thing stop being shy! It'd probably be good for you. First make friends with someone he's friends with. Someone that you can maybe relate too! Then hang out with the friend and maybe the friend might introduce you to the guy you like. Make lots of conversation with the guy you like and get to know him more. Don't make it seem like you're obsessed about him though. Act like yourself and he'll fall in love with you! or at least ask you out xD!
