I want to advertise a party but I want to send it thru email to my friends instead of writing it out. I get advertisement in spam like that so I want to know how I can do that.

Just type an e-mail and send it to multiple contacts :P
If you want to make it fancy (like with your own pictures) then you probably need to know HTML and have a place to host your pics. You'll also need a mail client (not Yahoo! or Hotmail) that lets you type HTML... (they usually don't let you because people can embed viruses and such)
