Open your wallet, pull out your debit card and call Mac support. (Actually the first time you call it is free). But make sure you get them to answer EVERY question on the free call because it is very expensive after that.

Well did you unplug it from the computer without ejecting it? That is what happened to me last month !

hold center button down for about 30 secs. and then hold it down again, for another 30 secs. i don't know why but mine does that and that seems to work.

take the battery out and then put it back in an hr or so later
