The classical plural is crises.
Iit is one of a group of words that form plurals the same way. Some others are:
thesis/theses; penis/penes; ibis/ibes; basis/bases.
While it is OK to use classical plurals if you know what they are, it is never wrong to use the English plural. "Crisises" is perfectly good English and if you want to use it, do so
