Write on faces with lipstick,(make sure this person is a hard sleeper)Take someone out of their sleeping place and relocate them to the tub,record their snoring and play it back at school

buy a few rolls of saran wrap or take some from your mom. When one person falls asleep on the bed. Saran wrap them there. DO NOT SARANE WRAP ABOVE THE NECK. When you are finished have everyone else start yelling the house in on fire. It's great!

the best one i know, is to put duct tape over somebodys eyes once they fall asleep, and then a few minutes later make a bunch of noise, like stuff's happening around the house, and tell the "victim" that its 5 pm and they slept in, and their ride is here, they'll think they're blind and freak out, and it hurts like hell to pull off, make sure you don't do this to the wrong friend, but it's a great laugh

When everyone is asleep, pour water in one person's sleeping area so it looks like she wet herself. She will be super-embarassed when she wakes up and everyone asks her about it.

Well you could blinfold them and hold them down then have one person tke off their underwear and put there but on the person's face and fart many times!
