I tend to agree with the previous answerers, but I believe you want to know what to study to become an aircraft engineer.
Answer: many fields of engineering. Start with mechanics, then fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, electronics. Continue with pure physics if you want. Make sure you have full expertise in all kinds of CAD systems (AutoCAD essentially), if you want to design anything.
A good knowledge of meteorology would also help.
But, finally, it will be your application(s) to aircraft manufacturers that will decide you career and future.
