The 'self-install' kit from Comcast is the cheapest option, but you can not use it if you have no other active Comcast service installed (tv or phone) at your home. If you have no other service, you must pay the $100-$150 for professional installation.

They provide an install kit that you can get at any of their buildings, and it comes with visual instructions and everything you need. It's impossible to screw up.
