Go to your doctor in most cases they can determine weather you have an std by taking a sample and submitting it for testing. If for any reason they can not they will be able to give you the information of a specialist who will be able to, but for the most don't be afraid to tell your doctor anything it will make the experience much easier even if it is a bit of an embarrassing topic to have conversation about.

You can go to a Planned Parenthood clinic for STD test and treatment. If you go to their website, http://plannedparenthood.org/, you can locate a clinic near you and even schedule an appointment on-line.

go to a free clinic or try to find a cash doctor in your area. They normally charge you 20-40 bucks and they can write a prescript for whatever you need.

If you're embarrassed, go to a free public clinic. Believe it or not, the beast and cleanest ones are in the gay community.
No kidding.
