i have powers i have premenitions and telekenesis but i can not get use them when i want to

premonitions exist and your lucky because that's one of the few psychic abilities i believe in.
the problem is we all have a little ability to tell the future.
i experience Deja Vu at least every few days and i know i didn't see it but i remember being in that situation. you cant use them more because you have no control and you could be destined for great things with God or helping others

Your powers won't advance themselves. You need to learn all you can about each one and then apply it. I can't speak for telekenesis, although if my great grandmother was around she could advise you on it, but I also have premonitions. The best thing for me is to meditate and keep a quiet mind. It's easier to see premonitions when you don't have alot of things on your mind and you're muddled with what's going on around you. Also, balance your chakras.

extra like the objective posts are moved every time technology disproves their loopy claims. The biblical Arks dimensions defies the guidelines of physics. Ie there is very strong reason timber ships really reached a particular length. even as the burden on something overcomes its water displacement... glug. It sinks. ;) The Ark might want to be the length of the Queen Mary ocean liner, and too heavy to flow.. education Shaman... quantum physics rocks.
