No they don't really crack it completely...it's just a saying that they use. When they say that, it's on the line of somebody cracking their knuckles...it sometimes makes this cracking or popping sound so that's how the term "cracking peoples back" came about. All they do is put the bones back into position again....I don't know their secretes... I would have to take a class on it I guess.
