Clit or nipples? I have heard that nipples are the most painful. My friend has both but I just find it hard to believe because the clit is a real sensitive area.

It really varies from person to person. For some neither are actually painful. For others they both hurt. Generally the pain involved in the piercing process pales in comparison to the soreness afterward. The most important thing to consider isn't the pain, but the aftercare procedures. Such as genital piecings mean no sex for a while.

I had my nipples peirced and it didn't hurt the next couple of days it was sore , but I really get off when they are tugged on with his tongue.
