My guy does. Once I got a little carried away and gave him not just one but ten hickey marks, all over his neck. Lol. He made an effort to proudly showcase his neck to his co workers when he went back to work.

Yes and no. Hickeys, are often a major turn on for guys. Sometimes, even when their giving one. But the neck is a fragile area, especially since your sucking on it.. which causes it to stop the circulation of blood flow. For example, The day I first got my Hickey... well lets just say, although it felt good, After, the mark that it left on my neck looked like I've just been hit with a baseball. So, be careful, and have fun.

Who honestly likes the feeling of having thier skin sucked on so hard that the blood vessels pop ... and leave a really ugly (in my opinion) bruise for how ever long it takes ones body to heal them? That would be a no for me ... and I don't give them for the same reason.
