I think it would make a great gag gift, but I seriously doubt anyone would buy it for herself with any amount of seriousness. Might sell well at a Spencer's Gifts (if that store still exists).

Umm, not to sound, well, gross, but as they say with boys and their porn magazines, wouldn't the pages get "stuck together"? Although, it might be good marketing to sell coupons for an adult website or something inside of the book.
