like, some people can say sumtins that really hurt, but they don't know at that time they're not soppost to say sumtin like that at that and they just say it without thinking about it first.

You learn it from fumbling alot first.Resite all sorts of scenarios to yourself.If a verbal fight is about to happen always think ahead.Talk to yourself alot then say what you might think that certain type of person might say back then pop them with what you would say again.Alot of talking and arguing with yourself helps as funny as that might sound.
Sometimes I'm slow at it unless I'm experienced with the situation.But if I find the person intimidating then that makes it tuffer to say the right thing.
