subbed in englilsh anime?

i have noticed on youtube and such that if i watch the same episode uploaded by diffrent people, the translations of the anime are diffrent.

i was watching bleach episodes in japanese english subbed. and i watched it more than once, uploaded by difrent people. the subtitles are difrent and wondering what the hell is going on. which is the exact translation? for instance you go to japan by the episode and watch it in japanese, that would be the best one but isn't there an exact fan-subbed, exact translation lying around?

that is because english has so many ways to say the same things... translations are only what you want if you learn to translate for yourself... sorry...
