My TomTom is brand new, and when connected through PC, it can find 10 satellites without a problem with a good signal strength, but as soon as the USB is disconnected from the PC, whether I go inside the house or outside (everywhere), it cannot seem to find any satellites and it says poor signal. I have tried re-setting it numerous times but still get no signal, is this a faulty TomTom.
