What can worrying/stressing out do to test scores (like medically how do they affect them)? What can one do to relax/stop worrying before taking a test? What are some easy things that can improve test scores (like besides studying xP)?

Kind of important/urgent. I have a friend who is taking a huge test tomorrow morning and she is completely and utterly stressed/worried and i know that these will only hurt her but I dont know how to help her =(

I used to have this problem and before tests I used to freeze. I studied but when the test came everything I knew just became forgotten. I worry and stress allot. Whether it's about the big details or about the minor details or if I don't do something on time or at all. I can't help but to stress about everything. That's why I'm only 18 and already have a few silver hairs!
