dragonfly and navdeep are right. You have to remember that wikpedia isn't always correct as it is a correlation of what people write in it, but they aren't paid to research their writing, so often don't.

The normal style rules in English follow those of printers:

Put commas and periods inside the quotation mark:
He said, "Come here."

Put colons and semicolons outside the quotation mark.
Put dashes, question marks, and explanation marks inside the quote only if they apply to the quoted material:

The paper is called "Who Am I?"
Are you certain Johnny yelled, "Bring the blue bucket!"?

Therefore the correct answer is: "This!"?

If you want additional information you want to look up "Style Guidelines or Guides." In my first college English class we had to use a Style Guide for every paper we wrote. There are several different books on style, but most say approximately the same thing.

The correct version is
"This!"?
because you can only put the question mark in the quotation marks if it is part of the quote. And since it isn't, then you must put it after the quotation.

"this!"?

You only put that which was a part of the quote within the quotation marks.
