what is going to maximum in all probability take place in case you attempt and sparkling the "popcorn" ceiling would be all that stuff will come falling down on you. Your ultimate wager would be to seal it with a product called Kilz. reckoning on the quantity of discoloring it may take a pair coats of Kilz to get it stable and sealed. as quickly as that's sealed you could then paint the ceiling despite color you opt for. the final thank you to seal and paint this kind of ceiling is to spray it. in case you attempt and use a broom it would desire to come down on your face. till you understand a thank you to tackle this kind of ceiling you in all probability might desire to get somebody to do it for you. even while spraying it you will possibly desire to be very careful to not get it to moist or that is going to initiate falling down.
