You don't have to treat him mean to play hard to get. Every guy is different. Some guys love it, some guys hate it. In my humble opinion, finding the middle ground is key. If you've dated him a few weeks, you hopefully know enough to know if he's old-fashioned or not. That he has a old phone may be a clue! Don't be afraid to call him, but if he doesn't answer and doesn't call back right away, don't call him repeatedly. Don't leave a million voice mails. Don't email him. Just play it cool. When you're together have fun and don't obsess if he says he will call you tomorrow and doesn't. They're guys, sometimes they really do forget. You're a woman- you will know deep down whether or not he's losing interest. Like I said, all men are different, but generally they don't like clingy. They don't mind phone calls, but they hate being smothered. Find the balance.
