we have this guy that works for us he cant do anything right he loses up money everyday but he is our best family friends friend and he is a very nice guy we also have him living in our house as he has just moved to our country... any easy good ways to getting rid of him in a nice way that we will not burn bridges with him would help.

Be honest and explain that he is simply not working out. Do not make life at work difficult for him so he quits. That can be viewed as "creative dismissal" and is illegal.

Has he been there past the 3 month probation period? If less than the 3 months, you can easily terminate his employment with no repricussions. If past the 3 months you need to have a good reason.

Here's a question though, have you, or his trainer, been trying to teach him the proper way to do the job, or has everyone just let him do the job as he interpreted hi training? If he's been there less than 3 months, you really should attempt to retrain hin and see what happens.

Just be honest with him and tell it like it is, he'll appreciate that.
