my boobs grow when im on my period but after i finish they shrink a size down! is that normal?

Thats normal. They are swollen when your on your peroid!

I would guess it is the same as wen a guys penis shrinks when cold. Reduced blood flow to the area. But I am in no way sure. This is just a guess.

WEll they are supposed to get big during your period, but they arnt supposed to shrink a size they are supposed to shrink to normal size, and i find thatb normal

Yup! And I'm not even a girl to tell you that. Been with enough to know about it though.
During the menstrual cycle - the hormonal imbalance causes water retention, which in turn, causes the mammaries to swell and become sensitive (and sometime hurt).
So everthings working on you fine sweetheart!

It's just water retention from bloating up a tad bit during that time.
And yes, it's normal.

Completely normal! If you gain weight, they will get bigger, if you lose weight they will shrink too.
