But I've never had cramps like these, these feel like their in the middle of my ovaries, like right about my vagina.

And my lower back doesnt hurt just the middle does.

Only about a month...

Don't worry since ur only about a month I would say what your experiencing is normal. I'm 3 mo. and I experienced the same thing and freaked out because I thought I was going to miscarriage soon, seeing how that is a symptom "cramping". But you're still early in your pregnancy and what is probably going on is your inside "female stuff" is making room for your baby and that may feel very similar to cramping. As long as your not spotting or bleeding I wouldn't worry to much. Hope that helps and if the pain gets worse call ur Dr.

I am 6w 1d and I have had the same feelings since the day I found out that i was pregnant (Christmas). Mild cramps in the lower abdomen. I got a little worried and called my advice nurse. She said that cramps are common in early pregnancy. The uterus and ligaments are growing and stretching which are supposed to cause these feelings. As long as there is no spotting along with the cramps, I would take it as a blessing. A sign that your body is working hard to prepare the safest home for your baby.

CONGRATS!!!

Most of the time, that's how it is. Your uterus is changeing and getting used to having a baby in there. I've had 4 healthy pregnancies and all with all of them, there were always a little mild cramping.
However, if the cramping gets severe, call your doctor right away.
My advise to you right now, is to sit down and relax for a bit. Maybe take a warm bubble bath and try to read something. Watch a movie while lying down on the couch and try (as hard as I know it is) not to worry too much about it.
Good luck with your pregnancy. : )

Call your doctor...lots of people get pain while pregnant and sometimes bleeding without a miscarrage...BUT if you have extreme pain and bleeding then you are probably miscarrying. I read somewhere that people will tend to miscarry around the times that they would normally get their period - 4 weeks, 8 weeks and the latest being around 12 weeks...If the cramping is slight, don't worry too much, sometimes you get cramps because your stomach muscles are beginning to stretch. Good Luck!

I had those mild cramps in my first and current pregnancies. Your uterus is expanding, so it is very normal to feel these mild cramps. If they become stronger or you start to have spotting, see a doctor right away.

if your not bleeding dont stress.
stress makes things worse just relax and love ya baby. every minute you spend loveing this baby not worrieing will make this baby very special.
every thing will be ok.
so rest, relax, love this baby and dont worrie unless you need to.
if the pains are really sore go to your doctors he/she will help you to know whats up.
but ya uterus will be streaching to that could cause the pains you describe :)
good luck to you both
