I am installing a wood stove in my house with concrete block walls. I am installing the stove pipe out the wall and am I am curious as to what type of temperature the blocks will hold up to?

You will have done a lot of damage to every part of your heating system before it even does a tiny bit of damage to the concrete blocks. This is not going to be a problem, absolutley.

If you are using Bvent (fancy name for double walled vent pipe) or the black stove pipe (should also be double walled) Then you probably have nothing to worry about. Check code on stove pipe just to be sure.

i used to take care of charcoal kilns that were concrete. the temps in there were over 500 degrees, and the concrete held up for years.

just to err on the side of caution a man ought to use metal-bestos to go through the wall any way.

I can't be precise, but it will melt at somewhere under a billion degrees F.

I don't know but you really shouldn't smoke - it is bad for you.
