One of the most important aspects of singing well involves correct breathing. Now you would think that we would already do this correctly. Try a site like https://tr.im/LhO8P which has the best vocal exercises

After all if we couldn't breathe we wouldn't be alive! But in reality many people have bad breathing habits caused by a variety of things including poor posture and our often frantic lifestyles. Learning how to control your breathing is one of the keys to improving your voice.

Singing requires that you are able to take in enough air quickly before you are about to sing a line and then let this air out in a regular and controlled way whilst singing the notes. The mistake many novice singers do is to take a quick shallow gasp of air into the top of the lungs. This results in there being insufficient air, to get you through the line you are singing, and you will end up dropping notes. I'm sure you can relate to this experience and can remember times when you have had to quickly take in more air half way through the line or note you are singing.

First of all, don't regard anything as too small a step. Many of the most famous actors, singers, etc. started out waiting tables and doing little gigs. If you want to act, the best thing to do is to be in an area where you can have greater access to resources for beginning actors. So, in other words, move to LA. Get your name out there, be bold and don't be shy. And don't give up if it doesn't happen right away. If you are persistent, it will pay off.

Greating Singing is an art. You don't become a great singer or artist overnight. As with all art forms it takes patience, perserverence, study, heart, love, obsession and talent. In order to become a great singer, you must become a musician, historian and have a deep understanding of culture, language and people.

Music, dance and theatre are living forms of art subject to the interpretation of the artist or artists. Learn your craft, study your subject....watch other great artists...and I don't mean Britney Spears and Paris Hilton.

Read, listen, watch, learn ... go to the theatre and watch all forms of performance art...

Your dream can come true anywhere and on any stage. There are thousands of great singers and performers that live their lives on the stage working on their craft .... and they are not famous or rich monitarily.... but they are rich with life and art...

Break a leg...

You start by getting involved and finding connections. Alot of things are advertised on the radio and T.V. That's how I got started. Jump at every opportunity that comes your way, and if none don't, then it is your job to find them. Break a leg and I hope all works out.
