I had it once at least 15 years ago when my parents brought it home with them from a party. It was basically a triple decker sandwich with ham, turkey, swiss cheese, cole slaw, and possibly some other ingredients. It was possibly the best sandwich I've ever eaten and I've been looking for it ever since. They got it somewhere up in North Jersey (US). I'm hoping there is a name for it. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a Turkey Club sandwich.
You used to be able to get them at the 4-B's who used to have the GreyHound Bus Terminal concession in most small towns in the West.
