Yep..I married mine!
My first semester in college I got my own duplex apartment and my neighbor was my future husband. For months we didn't talk and we were dating other people. Right before valentines day we had both broken up with our gf/bf. I went over to borrow some tape and Michael asked me out to dinner. We dated for 2 years and then got engaged. Michael moved into my apartment next door (because I had wood floors and he didn't) We've been happily married for 4 years now.

I wouldn't date my neighbor unless they were:
1- Cute
2- around my age
3- somewhat desent

Not currently; I barely speak to my neighbours nevermind date them! I'm not bashing it but I wouldn't in the given circumstances.
