Sounds like you have all the symptoms of pregnancy. I would definitely go to the doctors ASAP and take a blood test. I say ASAP because if you are pregnant, you should know. You should be taking prenatal vitamins and eating better. I would definitely "act" like I was pregnant until I went to the doctors and found out that I am actually pregnant or what is wrong. Stay away from alcohol, smoking, you know all the bad things that you should not do while pregnant. Hope it all works out for the best!

Okay. First off, if your period came 10 days late and you spotted...this could be a sign of conception. But really, periods can flucuate and it may be irregular from stress, a change in your diet, etc. Fatigue could be an early sign of pregnancy, as well as food cravings, increased appetite, frequent urination, hardening of the uterus, swollen, tender, and sore breasts. But some of those symptoms may be in your mind based off of the fact that you already think you're pregnant.

Pregnancy test can say negative if you take them too early because the body hasn't yet created enough hormones for the test to detect anything. It can take 1 day to 6 weeks for a pregnancy test to detect your pregnancy, depending on the test.

To be sure, you can go to the doctor or a clinic to have them test you or you can wait a little longer and take another home pregnancy test. The most accurate would be the test from the doctor.

test at home during the morning, it's your better chance of getting a clear result. I tested 10 days after my missed period and I got a very clear positive. If all this is throwing you mixed signals and you still think your pregnant with a neg pregnancy test then go to the Dr. and ask for a blood-pregnancy test. That would be your best bet! Good luck!

If you feel you might be, do a blood test with your doctor. Sometimes urine tests are off alot of the time. Also- stressing about it will make you late and make you have fantom preg. symptoms. Try to relax, and if you still don't get it by next fri. I would go into your doctors and get a blood test. :) Good luck, I hope it all works out for you. How exciting! I remember getting fantom preg. symptoms with 2 of my pregnancies before I found out I was pregnant. Our bodies can play tricks on us :( no fair I know. Good luck again! Try to relax and just go with the flow!

It sounds like you are.
I would take another test, but be sure to check the expiration date and also don't leave it in too hot or too cold a temperature because that can damage the tests.
If it still says negative see your doctor, if it says positive get an OBGYN and congrats.

Might be too soon for the pregnancy hormone to show up on a test. You have all the symptoms. Give it a week and take another test if you're still not sure.

Have you had sex since your last period? If so, I'd try another test or go to your OB/GYN. I've missed periods before (after I got off the pill), but wasn't pregnant, and my doc told me it was due to stress. Stress will make you have spotty preiods or none at all.

Take another test. Sounds like you are experiencing pregnancy but your mind can also play tricks on you when your convincing yourself of something.
