It depends. Talk to her. Does she have a good reason? If so, maybe you should listen to her!
If not, then it might be one of two things. One is jealousy. She may feel like your friendship is threatened. If that is the case, you just need to sit her down and explain to her how much you value her friendship and assure her that you will still be available for her. Then follow through and make sure you spend time with her! Eventually you can include her with activities with you AND your boyfriend. Perhaps if she sees how happy you two are together, she'll get over it. Maybe they will even become friends. You never know. If not, she will eventually at least learn to live with it. The friendship does not have to end.
The other thing is just that she and your boyfriend have clashing personalities. If that is the case, then there is not much you can do about it. You'll just have to separate love and friendship. If she is not willing to do that, then she isn't a good enough friend to keep. Move on!

If she was any kind of friend, she would be your friend any way. No matter who your boyfriend is. Unless he did something bad to your friend.
I didn't like my friends boyfriend. I told her so. She didn't listen to me when i told her i got bad vibes from him. In the end...he ended up punching her in the arm..3 times. Friends know best i guess.

WHY doesn't she like him? You need to ask her that. Is it because you have a boyfriend and she doesn't? Or is it because he doesn't treat you very well?

becoz he loves you...get this thing clear with him. but i am sure to say he really love you. when he saw you with your boyfriend it make him jealous....please help him out..it may create some big problem too...and i think you can easily handle this..seems to be smart girl...

it really doesnt matter what she tihnks. its your boyfriend, and you like him. tell her that your going to be spending time with him not her. if it bothers you so much i suggest you ask her wat it is she doesnt like about him. maybe its just jelousy
