to be honest...you seem a little too worried with ur weight in lbs versus your actual health. im gonna assume u lost about 30-40 lbs in 8 months which averages out to about 2 lbs a week i think. and thats healthy. but how u lost the weight and how u feel now is what you should worry about. just make sure ur eating healthy and staying active and that will lead to a healthy weight for you regardless of what the numbers on the scale say. good luck! :) oh and about the times u weigh urself....just stay consistent.

If you've gone from size 9 to 3 from april that's not too fast at all. That's 8-9 monthes for weight loss, which is a lot eaiser on your body then doing it in 2 months.
As for your weight flucuating like that, totally normal.
Try not to obsess over the scale to much though ok?

If the scale is on a tile floor (as opposed to a carpet) and it says 128#, then that is what you weigh. It sounds to me like you are upset that it isn't lower. Are you trying to lose weight....size 3 isn't OK with you? To answer your first question, no, a size loss of 9 to 3 over a period of 9 months isn't a lot. But I am worried about you losing that much weight to begin with. You don't say how tall you are, but take it easy on your body. To answer your 2nd question, yes, weight loss can stop ovulation. If you don't ovulate, you won't have a period...it's called amenorrhea. Please stop where you are and if you are on a downhill course to lose more weight, get some counseling...this is a dangerous slope you are on. Please take good care of yourself!

You didn't say if you were trying to lose weight. If you were then, no, it wasn't a rapid weight lose. If you weren't, then yes, it was a rapid weight lose and please go speak with a Dr.
A few pound weight fluctuation is normal. However, I'm concerned about your weighing all the time and not having a period since November. Sounds like it's time to discuss this with a Dr.

something is not right here. it seems you are too focused on your weight.
first of all: only weigh yourself once a week. no matter what. you will make yourself obsessive-compulsive about your weight if you pay attention to slight daily fluctuations.
second: yes, depending on how tall you are, going from a 9 to a 3 in 7 months could have been hard enough on your body to make you miss your period.
what have you been doing since November? i'm concerned. email me and we can look into this together.

your scale always could be incorrect. it doesn't matter if you weigh yourself at the same time everyday, it still isn't going to be exactly the same as the day before. it depends how much you excersised that day (or the day before) and what and how much you ate. as for the rapid loss of weight, it doesn't have to be unhelthy. it depends on what you did to lose that weight. if you just excerised and ate healthy/ regular portions then its okay. but if you dieted and starved yourself then that isn't healthy. im not sure if it could cause a late period. it might if you are unhealthy.

On the show "The Biggest Loser" some women lost 10 or more pounds per week. It just depends on how healthy you eat and how much you work out. If you have an eating disorder though than you should see a doctor immediately.

YOU MIGHT WANT TO GO TO A DOC ABOUT THIS. THERE COULD BE SOMETHING GOING ON WITH YOU(even if you feel fine), THAT ISNT AT ALL NOTICEABLE FROM THE OUTSIDE & THAT COULD BE MESSING WITH YOUR CYCLES AS WELL. MEDS CAN MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT. OTHER THAN THOSE THOUGHTS, I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU. ARE YOU HAVING ANY EATING DISORDERS THAT MAYBE ARENT APPARENT TO YOU? TO GO FROM A SIZE 9 TO A 3 WITHOUT DIETING, MEDS, OR DISORDERS ISNT NORMAL. THE BEST ADVICE THAT ANYONE ON THESE BOARDS CAN GIVE YOU IS ------ GO TO A DOCTOR! GOOD LUCK TO YA & KEEP US UPDATED!

Your weight can fluctuate by 2 to 3 pounds on a regular basis.
Doesn't sound like you lost the weight to fast.
Don't work, you'll still be the size 3
