The rest of the world. Because the boycott would go both ways, and the USA has the largest trade deficit of any country in the world. If they won't accept our goods, services and transfers, the USA would demand reciprocal action. The rest of the world would be more harmed than the USA.

This would be next to impossible to organize. And yeah, it would hurt just about everyone.
Is there a reason you want to do this? Because that is pretty extreme....

Like it or not, without American Goods and services...there is no global economy. So go ahead and boycott, we can do without your business.

it depends cuz if we're trading these products with other countries then it would hurt us because we wont have anyone to trade with and we wouldnt get our stuff.
