Does having bad credit affect you when applying for a job?

When you apply for a job does it matter how your credit is? I have bad credit and I have been applying for jobs but not 1 have replied back. Is that because of my credit?

It may. If you are applying for a job that has anything to do major money handling.

Could be! depends on the job and the background check they do. When interviewing ask if they make credit inquires if you really want to know.
