There are two ways. The first option is to make a layout yourself using a myspace layout generator where you would have the option to choose colors, background, and fonts. After you fill in all the blanks they give you codes that you have to paste into your profile. The second option is to select a pre-made layout that someone else made, and again you would have to paste the codes into your profile under (about me section).

I would check out freemyspacelayouts.com, freemyspacegraphics.com, or go to other people's pages and see who edited their page, then just check out the site they provide, it's usually in the about me section.
