You can go into your county clerk's office and look at the register of deeds. They should be able to tell you who owns the real estate at any address in your county. Hope this helps!

Call the Register of Deeds for your county. It is probably located at or near the county courthouse. If there is a Deed of Trust (the owners owe money on it) then it is there. You may have to go there yourself to research it or they may have an on-line system.
Another way is to call the tax collection office for the county. They have records of everyone who owns property in the county. Once again, you may have to go there or they may have an on-line system. Ask. It's all public information.

The only way to find out that information is to run a title report. You can accomplish this by going to the website below. You can look up who owns the property, how much they owe on their mortgages, and everything else that you need to know.
Also, if you have a friend who is a real estate agent, you can call in a favor. Ask them to get you that information

You should be able to go online to the tax assessors website - try typing in property tax - and find out who owns it and the value.
