I listen to a lot of rock, and my parents are mainly okay with that, but they won't let me buy any 'explicit' songs on itunes, which is understandable. But There are some songs that are listed as explicit that have no swearing in it, and they're cool with that and let me buy them as long as I can prove there's no swearing. But I went to buy 'Getting Away With Murder', which is listed as explicit, with no swearing, but they won't let me get the song because they say it's written in a 'literal sense', even though it's not. How can I convince my parents to let me get the song? It's been my favorite song since a few years ago, and I've had it on my MP3 player, but recently I got an ipod, and they won't let me add it. What can I do to get the song, and concince them it's okay?

Some people have mentioned searching for a clean version, but as I stated before, there is NO swearing in the song. I have tried proving to my Dad (my mom says it's fine, the dads the one saying no) that it's not literal, but all he sees is the word 'murder', and he won't let me. I think the thing is that he knows most Papa Roach songs, doesn't care for them, but knows them, and knows that he swears quite a bit in most of his songs. So I honestly don't know what to do. I'll try a few suggestions so far, but right now I'm not having much luck..
