My daughter just called and she wanted to know if I remembered what movie had the guy who was dead dancing around on the beach with headphones on. I don't remember a movie like that and thought someone here might know.

I called and asked if it was Weekend at Bernies and she said she thought so too, and bought the DVD, but then she realized it wasn't, She said the guy is dead and they put these head phones on him and he starts dancing around. I'm as confused as the next guy!

It is "Weekend at Bernie's II", got released in 1993.
Plot: In a continuation of the story in "Weekend At Bernie's", Larry and Richard are wrongly accused of Bernie's fraud and are promptly sacked. To clear their names, and to get some compensation, the two set out to track down Bernie's hidden loot. Their plan requires Bernie, who's dead - but not as dead as the pair think.

Maybe it is weekend at Bernie's part 2, there is a part when he is accidentally "cursed with voodoo". I can't remember the entire plot, but for some reason the 2 guys chasing Andrew McCarthy and Jonathan Silverman visit a type of "witch doctor", anyway there is point in the movie when Bernie does have head phones on and is dancing.

I don't remember anything like that in Weekend at Bernie's I but it may have been in the second one.
