to copy, press ctrl+v (do not press the "+" key, it mearly means that you add ctrl and v) to paste push ctrl+v, to select multiple files, click on the files u want whil holding down the ctrl. Deleting a shortcut will not delete the program, just the sortcut, the program is still available in the Start menu. adding a shortcut mearly adds a shortcut to a program/file. The search companion is a good way to find files that u can not otherwise find. hope it was helpful!

14.copy: ctrl + c
paste: ctrl + v

15. select the file that you want, then press ctrl. While pressing ctrl, at the same time, select the other file or folder that you would like to select.

16.Nothing. But, if you delete the existing program, the shortcut won't work.

17. Press right click>new>shortcut>a wizard will open, press browse> select the file that you would like to have a shortcut for>press OK>press next> type a name for the shortcut, that you would like to have (optional) > click finish

18. Lets get back to basics. If you deleted anything, it would go to the recycle bin. Later, if you would like to restore it, you could restore it by going to the recycle bin, look up the file that you've deleted> right click > restore. The file would appear at the place where you've deleted from. Now, emptying the Recycle Bin would delete all the files in the recycle bin permanently, which means, that you can't restore any files that you've deleted, all the files in the recycle bin are gone when emptied, and can't be replaced.

19.If you've forgotten where you've placed a file or misplaced it (on the computer) you could use the search companion to let it search the computer for you for that file. Just enter the name of that file in the search companion, and click enter, for it to search.

20. I didn't understand, what tutorial are you talking about?

14. ctrl + 'c' for copy, ctrl + 'v' for paste. Use ctrl + 'x' for cut.

15. hold down the ctrl button while clicking on files. You can also hold down the ctrl button while dragging to select a range - if you are trying to select several non-consecutive ranges.

16. Deleting a shortcut does nothing to the program. However, if you delete the shortcut it may be difficult to find the executable to launch the program.

17. Right clicking gives you a menu with options that change depending on what you are doing or what program you are using. In general it is a very useful tool.

18. Emptying the recycle bin simply tells window that space on the disk is available to use. The files are not actually deleted until they are overwritten by something else.

19. A search companion basically makes searching quicker by actively searching while you are typing. The google search function is very similar where is starts to narrow results as you type so popular searches are available almost instantly.

20. Um......I didn't learn anything. That's why I was able to answer your questions! ;-)
