I am really talented but I can't seem to find the right agent. I live like 45 min away from LA so i can go there when ever i want to. I am 12 years old and i would love to be on disney channel, do you know of any good agents?

Generally speaking, talented artists such as yourself are discovered by agents who are present at one of the performances. So perhaps you should look for talent contests, participate in benefits, in other words, be everywhere and the special person will be there for you and will be impressed by what you can do. That's why you should always give the very best of yourself, allbeit for 10 people or hundreds! Give yourself completely to your art without restrains and be charming with everyone. A smile can do miracles when it is genuine!

Go to open casting calls---Does the Mickey Mouse Club and Britney Spears ring a bell??
Send your picture in to ALL the agents you can find- then YOU interview THEM--you will find one!

Do you have a back up plan if all fails. Not to be the negative one on this but I think that people need to really be sure of their talents.

You have to shop around, the best place to look is the internet.
you also have to send whatever kind of demos you have to people that are looking. there are scouts everywhere, you just have to be in the right place at the right time. you're in the town of glitz and glamour.
