Stretch it as far as you can stretch the material
wet the area with REALLY hot water.
once the water has cooled to a degree that you can touch the jeans,
Grab A scoop of tide.......scrub and scratch at the area. You can also combine your tide with other things such as oxiclean or another stain remover, just keep the tide detergent as dry as possible because the grains are really good at scrubbing.
Then just scrub ,rub and scratch until the area is clean.
Toss the jeans in the washing machine on a hot cycle and wash...alone with tons of tide.
repeat this process if the stain does not come out and do not dry the jeans until you can get it out or have given up and decided to use them as work jeans lol.
This tide method usually works very very well for me.

I have been very successful in removing stains by using the oxygen-base cleansers that I get at the dollar stores. Soak the garment in a strong solution overnight. That is what I have found works best. Then, launder as usual. Remember, drying clothing in the dryer will set stains. You should allow the garment to air dry.
