Are you being serious?

Yes?

Call an ambulance!

It could be something or nothing...

The man could of been constipated and burst a blood vessel...
Or, more seriously, He could have bowel cancer!!

There are other ailments, that could cause bleeding, from the anus....
It's best, that the man, gets checked out, by a Doctor.

You may have piles or haemorrhoids. Pouring with blood is not good no matter what the problem is. Get checked out without delay.

I have had this. Don't worry. It's piles! I worried myself sick about it before going to my GP but he listened to me, looked at my anus, and told me I have piles. It's very common. You can get creams for it. In severe cases you can have an operation for it (although a friend of mine said it made hardly any difference). But don't worry. See your GP.
