She is as old as my mom. I am the same age as her daughter. She is trying to hook me up with a new employee. I tell her that I don't date people I work with, but she keeps on pushing. I never talk about my relationships at work, so I don't feel that is appropriate. I told her I have been too busy for a relationship when she checks my status. How can I say no without hurting her feelings?

Married with a toddler on the way? no remember how magnificent he's, or how lots potential he has at artwork, i think of you will in undemanding terms get harm in case you enable this guy into your existence any extra desirable. i will savor its flattering once you could turn mens heads actual, you're patently an exceedingly eye-catching woman, even if i think of you're able to do extra helpful that a guy 2 many years your senior who's approximately to grow to be a father. enable him look, yet do not enable him touch. He appears like a distinctly pathetic excuse for a guy!

Just tell her you are in a relationship already, but it's new, and you weren't sure how it was going yet so that's why you didn't mention it before. If she asks about "him", just say you're just getting to know him, so there isn't much to tell yet. Brown hair, green eyes, 6' 2", ...........but keep it simple. Then after a while "break up" with him, and tell her you can't and won't date for a while.

Her behavior is unprofessional for someone in a leadership position. Speak to her one more time, and let her know you do not feel comfortable talking about personal relationships at work. Let her know that you do not wish to discuss it any further. If she continues to pursue it, you need to go to you HR department and report her behavior. Harassment at work is not always of a sexual nature, and she should know this....
