I personally prefer Dyson bagless bec. they are so much easier to use and emptying the canister is no problem as long as you do it right. I haven't had a bagless since I was a kid and was constantly struggling with changing the bags. This website I found has a section on bags vs bagless. According to this website, bagged might be better if you have severe allergies or asthma:

Do not buy a bagless vacuum!!! There is not a single good one made yet. All bagless vacuums have some sort of filter in them (even the dyson, which has almost $80.00 worth of filters ) Bag vacuums are cleaner, less dust is able to leak out of the vacuum. They cost less to maintain, bags are almost always cheaper then the filters. If you think about it , a bag machine has the entire surface of the paper bag to breathe out of, the bagless machine breathes through the filter which has much less surface area, thus looses suction alot faster.

Give me a bagged every time. I had a Dyson bagless and it drove me mad, all that dust when I emptied it. Not to mention the useless tools and silly hose and the weight. It was like moving a battleship around. I suspect all that suction is bad for the carpet too. I now have a Bosch ProPet, it's a bagged cylinder and it's great. Wonderful rewind of cord too.

Depends on what you are cleaning. Home vacuums have far different needs from commerical units. You have less grit at home and more dust.
Consumer Reports rates the Eureka upright as the best value. Works great at my house, but have burned out three motors at work. We now have a Sanitaire for work and that is just what we needed.
Vacuum cleaners and vacuum cleaner sales people all produce a lot of warm air.

Bagless much better. I now have a Dyson as I was always forgetting to buy new bags and having to reuse them . This way I just have to empty a cylinder and not [even if I have bags] faff around changing them.

Bagless, less maintenance and constant suction.
Everyone goes on about Dyson, but Panasonic do one which has about the same amount of suction, and is a lot cheaper.

It really is tough to compare the two, I agree that Wade is a better leader and motivator than Lebron and actually had higher PPG than Lebron. Wade obviously has a weaker team surrounding him so it is very impressive how far they've come from last season. As far as the MVP is concerned you can't take the literal meaning of "most valuable player". The NBA tends to give the award to the most valuable player on one of the top few teams in the league, and the Cavs had an incredible record this season, so by the NBA's standards Lebron deserves the award over Wade. I do think that Wade is more valuable to the Heat than Lebron is to the Cavs, because without Lebron the Cavs would still be a playoff team, but without Wade the Heat would be in last place like last year. That said ...both are amazing players and both are deserving of the award.
