Yes you can take it while you are pregnant. Paracetamol which is the way it is spelled is simply acetaminophen (tylenol).

During pregnancy pills like advil and tylenol are safer to use doctors often do not recommend any stronger pills. If you are thinking of taking pain killers ask your doc.

I only know that Regular Tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy. Always check with your doctor first.
