Well its hard to tell but if you look at his murder there are alot of facts pointing to that, for example the suspect who was a L.A police officer,who was also charged with armed bank robbery, had ties to both death row records and mob piru blood, suge was affiliated with mob piru blood. Biggies investigation was constantly derailed by other L.A police officers, so much to the point the detective in charge of the case left the force because he felt they were so corrupt. The L.A police is also no stranger to being accused of being corrupt. There are alot more things that more than just point at L.APD having involvement in his death, but i cant remember them all right now.
