Cut your credit cards up now. No excuses. Believe me it will change everything. Never ever ever get another one no matter how tempting it may be. Only buy what you can afford. I never had a credit card. I have a job, and my job pays me into m bank account. I set a limit of £200 a week i can only get out. Ps. I make £450 per week. I have started this last year and so far i was never in debt.

Nice idea, but some people don't even earn the 200 quid a week limit you profess to impose on yourself. Our society is expensive and credit cards along with loans and mortgages are a good way to manage debt and short term cash shortages if used sensibly. You are lucky you've never been in debt. I suspect your reality is very different from most people's. The best way to manage debt is to plan for it, plan how to deal with it and plan how to get out of it. Simply cutting up your cards solves nothing.

Yeah but you earn £450 a week, I don't know many people who earn that! You wouldn't get in debt because you have enough money. Btw I haven't got one, I earn alot less than you but I still set a limit. You don't really need to worry.

Dude £450 a week is a good wage for the vast majority of people. Try surviving on half that and see how far you get.
