F.a.ggo.t is a type of wood used to make bassoons. the name for bassoon in Italian is Fagotti. in German is *****.
Anyhow, it is also the wood used to burn witches. Instead of lighting the fa.ggo.t wood, they would light a gay man and place him on the pyre Thus he became the fa.gg.ot.

I would think that dyke has something to do with the story about a dutch kid who put his finger in a hole in a dyke and prevented it from leaking.

i think it is just the stupidity of people that have to put labels on everything and can't be happy with themselves. not sure why people need to label everything that is different than them but i know and i teach my kids to know that it doesn't matter and to treat people fairly. good luck my friend and happy new year=)
